Pricing is based on your target lead volume, geographic scope, and the specific torts you are pursuing. During the discovery call, we will build a custom quote that matches your firm's goals and budget. The tier prices listed are starting points for typical engagements.
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding charges, or hidden costs. Your monthly investment covers campaign management, creative production, landing pages, lead screening, and delivery. The only additional cost would be ad spend, which is billed directly by the ad platforms.
Yes. You can change tiers at the start of any billing cycle with 15 days notice. Many clients start with the Starter plan and upgrade to Growth once they have validated the process. We will proactively recommend a tier change when your performance data supports it.
Ad spend is separate from the management fee and is billed directly by the advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). We recommend a minimum monthly ad spend based on your goals, and you retain full ownership and visibility into those accounts.
If a lead does not meet the agreed qualification criteria — for example, the claimant does not have the required exposure or diagnosis — we replace it at no cost. Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with a documented reason.
